A program designed to help participants develop greater coping skills which will assist in building a greater resilience
Participants will:
- develop new coping skills to replace less effective coping skills
- be informed of a wide range of different coping skills to utilize
- learn skills such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, neurobiology of stress, safety, learning zone, circle of control, CBT, body scan, self-care
- learn and practice new skills and encourage self-reflection
This program is being offered in person at the Tavistock Community Health Inc. location!
