STRATEGIC PLANNING PATIENT FEEDBACK SESSION
Who should attend? You:
Are a patient of the STAR Family Health Team.
Have taken one or more of our programs or received care from one of our Allied Health Team members (Pharmacist, Nurse Practitioner, Registered Dietitian, Social Worker).
Are passionate about improving the experience for patients of this team.
What you will do?
Share your thoughts and experiences in an interactive 2-hour group session.
As a group, you will help us brainstorm ideas on how we can improve your patient experiences.
You will also be able to vote on priorities that you feel are most important to you that will inform on improving the experience for other patients.
