An Introduction to Mindfulness

Description:

This highly effective 6-week introductory level program is offered to adults 18 years of age and over. You will learn to use strategies based on meditation and mindful movement to manage stress, enhance balance of body and mind, and promote improved well-being and healing.

To register, please select a date listed below and RSVP or call Amanda at 519-655-2322. A telephone call might be expected from one of the group facilitators before the class start date to ensure appropriateness for the group.

 

Please note, this is a recurring class with the start date of April 12th. It is important that you can make all classes to get the most out of the program.
