You will learn about a new nutrition topic each month. You can register for as many, or as few, as you are interested in.
September 8, 2023: Your Best Weight
You will learn about Health At Every Size, simple diet changes to improve your health, and how to work with your body rather than against it. We will also talk about the pros and cons of different diets.
October 13, 2023: Nutrition for Menopause
You will learn how your nutrition needs may change in menopause, how your diet can affect menopause symptoms, and simple diet changes that you can make.
November 10, 2023: Nutrition on a Budget
You will learn how to maximize your nutrition while eating on a budget.
December 8, 2023: Nutrition for IBS
You will learn basic diet changes that you can make to improve your Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) symptoms. We will also talk about the basics of a low FODMAP diet and how that may help you.
