Description:

This program offers information on lifestyle strategies to maintain bone health and prevent fractures. You will learn about Osteoporosis and Osteopenia, risk factors, the role of exercise, nutrition and lifestyle choices, the role of medications/supplements, action planning and how to live well with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia.

This program is provided in partnership with OneCare, VON, the Perth District Health Unit, South-West Self-Management Program and Osteoporosis Canada.
