Creative Flow Workshop


Creative Flow is based on the theme that art represents life. This 6-week series introduces participants to the concepts and techniques of watercolour, and self-regulation through journaling, breathing, meditation and yoga, all used as tools to explore the connection of art and life. Participants will be invited to create their own large scale abstract painting, in which we’ll discuss themes such as: Resistance, The Critical Voice, Taking Things Personally, Avoidance, Letting Go, Perspective, and Focus. Art materials are provided to each person.


  • This program is for anyone who may be experiencing difficulties coping or managing the stressors and isolation of COVID; history of anxiety or depression; ages 18 years and older.
  • No previous art or yoga experience required.
